highlighting the various features and the options available to you and how this may be included and reviewed alongside
your primary financial planning needs.

Personal and asset risk management

We will help identify the extent to which the achievement of your financial objectives may be jeopardised by events outside
of your control such as:

• A loss of income, premature death, disablement, trauma, illness, accident or health disorder(s).
• The extent to which your assets are insured to avoid unexpected capital replacement costs if your assets are impaired in
  any way.

We will identify any potential risks and quantify these before referring you to appropriate specialists’, so you may consider
how these risks may be mitigated.

f our advice is limited by agreement and is not full advice, our advice to you may have limitations that may inhibit our
recommendations as we do not have the total picture. Depending on what limitations are made may have different
implications, your Stafford’s Financial Adviser will discuss these with you. These implications will be provided to you in
your plan.

This segment confirms the agreed Scope of the services to be provided so that both parties have a clear understanding of the specific services required. If the Services are to be limited in scope, and our view, such limitation may be disadvantageous to you, we will make you aware of the potential disadvantages. Your Stafford’s Adviser is an employee / representative of Staffords Wealth Management Ltd. under licence No.775291 and they are able to provide the following services to you

Asset and investment planning

Helping you identify and quantify your current situation, future plans and ambitions, ownership structures, risk profile and recommending appropriate solutions to suit your investment objectives and tolerance for risk.

Cash management

Assesses your current and anticipated future income, spending and saving expectations. This is usually conducted in unison with KiwiSaver and retirement planning, personal and asset risk management and tax planning.

KiwiSaver planning

Discuss KiwiSaver with you, reviewing any current solutions, recommending suitable changes to maximise your outcome,
highlighting the various features and the options available to you and how this may be included and reviewed alongside
your primary financial planning needs.

Taxation planning

We are not a tax specialist; our tax planning advice is restricted to the provision of advice specific to your investment
situation and solutions while having general regard for your wider taxation situation. Where specialist advice is required
beyond this, we will recommend that you seek advice from a taxation specialist and facilitate this where required.

Class service

Class service includes generic advice regarding financial solutions where you do not require advice tailored to your
personal circumstances.
We can provide “class service” recommendations solutions or services but these will not take your personal situation,
specific needs or requirements into account. You will need to make your own decision as to whether the solutions are
suitable for your circumstances.

Service and/or execution only

If you know what you require, and you do not want advice, then this service is described as ‘Service and/or Execution Only’.
Please note that personalised advice is available, but that you have chosen to decline personalised advice which will help us
determine whether or not the service you require is suitable for your circumstances.

We will offer to provide personalised advice periodically and you are also free to request personalised advice at any time.

Estate and succession planning

The process of assessing current Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, memorandum of wishes, gifting and associated,
supporting documentation, ensuring that these are consistent with your wishes, assessing any implications and identifying
areas that may require attention.

We are not legal specialists and where issues may, or may not require attention, we will highlight these and recommend you
take specialist advice and will help co-ordinate this where required.
